Teacher and Student Migration in and out of Tennessee’s Achievement School District

Abstract

his report discusses teacher turnover and student mobilities in Tennessee’s Achievement School District. Researchers found that the majority of teachers left their schools after the first year of the intervention, and the ASD faced a significant need to hire new teachers.
