Yage Zhang

Yage Zhang is a master’s student in the Higher Education Administration program at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College. She currently serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Tennessee Education Research Alliance, supporting qualitative research initiatives. Previously, she worked as a Research Assistant at Purdue University College of Education, where she examined preservice teachers’ identity development. Her research has contributed to conference proposals exploring effective mentoring strategies for preservice teachers. Her broader research interests include intercultural learning, student belonging, and identity development in higher education.
