Data and Compliance Manager
Laura Baker is the Data & Compliance Manager for TERA. In this role, she oversees the data warehouse as well as the production and cleaning of TERA’s extensive longitudinal data set. She also tracks research projects and manages the product review process. Laura previously served as Research Manager and Research Analyst with the Center for Economic Research in Tennessee, Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. She earned a B.S. in Sociology from Brigham Young University and an MPA with a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from Tennessee State University.
