Kaitlin Binsted

Kaitlin is the Senior Research Specialist at TERA. In her role, Kaitlin supports a variety of research projects for which she does a mix of project coordination, data collection, and analysis. Much of Kaitlin’s work focuses on educator labor markets. Before moving to Nashville, Kaitlin taught for six years in DC Public Schools. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish Studies from the University of Delaware and a Master of Public Policy from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College.
