Jacob Rubin
Jacob Rubin is a Ph.D. student in Education Policy and Leadership at Vanderbilt University. His research focuses on policies and programs that influence teacher labor markets, school and district leadership, and issues of educational equity. With TERA, Jacob leverages methods from econometrics and computational social science to analyze educator and leadership development and mobility in Tennessee. Previously, Jacob worked as a full-stack software engineer in web and mobile app development. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University and M.A. in Social Research Methodology from UCLA.
